Hatha Yoga Classes:
Monday’s from 9.30 to 10.30am
Wednesday from 7.30 to 8.30pm
Chair Yoga - Mondays from 10.45 to 11.30am
A chair can be used just like any other prop to support students in exploring poses in new ways!
